So, I am preparing for surgery on the 31st and thru this whole process I have wondered how much this will affect my work as a Chef. I would love any insight that others in the same field can pass along to a fellow Chef -
Walking will help, just around your house and gas-x. Had surgery on the 31st so I feel ya[emoji173]️

He is very lucky. Not a common result though to being in the kitchen unfortunately. Stress, having to eat in a rush, and indulging has its draw backs after a 20 year career [emoji53] -

Started my liquid diet yesterday. I feel your pain. I'm a Chef and it is taking every bit of self control to stick to it. 5 days to go..

Surgery on the 31st. This pre-op diet sucks.. but, I will overcome.. these next six days are going to be a struggle -
Thanks that really helps[emoji173]️ I had the same thing running thru my head. I wasn't expecting to get surgery till end of February beginning of March but, they called this week saying they had a spot open on the 31st.. I kinda felt thrown in at the deep end. Wasn't prepared mentally or with my groceries🤦🏻♀️

Doing my pre-op fast right now and I am REALLY struggling. Surgery scheduled for the 31st. I have worked so hard to get to this point but... this clear liquids diet sucks[emoji53]
