I did speak to my surgeon. He told me a week totally off was fine but don't do anything strenuous for the week I go back. I had 3 c-sections they all said this will be a walk in the park compared to that. He would give me more if I needed but I'm keeping my surgery to myself so I was trying not to take more than a week.
