    yes it sure is difficult...the easiest part of this whole process was the preop diet and getting ready for surgery...the hardest part begins when the surgery is done and you start the new sleeved life

    Hey all, I am currently just over 3 months post op and am really struggling with not eating 30 min before and after I eat. I never used to drink when i was eating and now I can't seem to eat without dying for a drink of water. I know it flushes the food faster through your body and you miss nutrients so I try hard not to drink. Has anyone come across this problem as well?
