I started my pre-op diet today. I am scheduled for my surgery on April 17th! I am so excited about this! I have been overweight for 22 years now, and I am finally doing something positive about it. I am 56 years old, have 4 grown children and adopted a 9-year-old. I have to be around to make sure she turns out right! I am doing this for me, but also for her. It is bad enough having an "old" mom, but I don't want her to continue having a "fat" mom.:Dancing_wub:

Today I started my Pre-Op Diet, and I am so excited about doing this. I am scheduled to have my surgery April 17. I have been overweight now for 22 years, and I am thrilled to be taking this step. I really do feel like this is the first day of the rest of my life.
