Marc, These slowdowns happen. Hang in there. It will pass. I was down to 220.8 lbs this morning. I've lost 62 lbs. since my pre-surgery weight. Want it to continue. Everyone here is so encouraging. M.

At last, I am down to 225. The March plateau is in the rear view mirror!

I'm two days short of 8 weeks. Start: 283 lbs. Today: 244.8 lbs. Lost: 38.2 lbs.

I just experienced a plateau that lasted 10 days (it seemed like forever). I have just started slowly losing again. I am very happy that my blood sugars have dropped fifty points though so I'm sticking with it. I've also been very disappointed with some meals. Sometimes i feel that i will never eat normally again. Trying to fight depression.

@Marc Did you mean 1/22/18 and 2/21/18?

Thanks all. I will try these ideas.

That doesn't wreck the taste of those things too? I tried applesauce but could hardly get it down.

I just had my surgery on the 18th. So, far it's going well. I'm not losing much weight although it's only been two days. I would love to connect with other post-op January patients. I am having trouble swallowing my crushed meds because they taste so awful (bitter). Anyone have any ideas on what to mix them with to help the taste?
