I think for me it is more along the lines of not being able to just eat whatever anymore. I am so used to just grabbing whatever I want and be on my way. It sucks to feel that out of control. But I know reality is I have 1 week til pre op liquid diet and then I have to do what it takes to succeed. No excuses -
Am I the only one who is counting down the days til my surgery? Mine is March 20th so 25 days til surgery and 11 days til liquid diet! I think I might be anxious haha

My husband is dead set against me having wls. Any advice on how to overcome that?

i would bring him to one of your pre surgery appointments so that someone else can explain to him the things that we go through for this surgery. it is most certainly NOT the easy way out. this is hard. and i haven't even had surgery yet (March 20th) for me and for my family members. -
