I had my sleeve done yesterday. For me the pain was so bad that do Doc ordered 4mg of Morphine every 3 hours for my bc of the pain They discharged w 5mg of Percocet. After days on morphine the Percocet doesn’t give as Much relief. But to answer your Question - I def have poor vision despite wearing contacts. Wearing a pair of reading class helps Some.

I have my sleeve scheduled for Jan 25 and am starting to get nervous as I’ve no idea what to expect. I’m a slow healer due to an immune disorder and am afraid I won’t bounce back in the two weeks they’ve told me to anticipate. I have NO idea what to expect afterwards - how I’ll feel, scars, how much pain to expect. I’m also allergic to adhesives (told the doc) so I’m curious how the sutures are done too. Any shared sugg, comments or experiences would be appreciated.
