Kind of worried - daily calorie intake

I was freaking out because I’m able to eat more all of a sudden. I’m 8 months post op and have been eating between 1100 and 1200 calories a day. I’m also up five pounds since last Friday but I think that’s water retention on top of constipation. I’m getting in all of my water and exercising. Hopefully everything will start moving again soon. I’m getting frustrated.
