I am 7 months out, and still cant eat chicken. Any chicken, cooked anyway. No go. But turkey, pork is ok. So my nutritionist told me to wait a couple months and try again. I am almost 7 months post op and I still cannot eat any type of bread, roll, bun, tortilla, nonecat all it makes me sick even just a bite. Talk to your nutritionalist and show them your eating chart or however you're tracking what you're eating they will be able to tell you if it's enough I am a little over 6 months out and I still feel like I'm not eating or getting enough calories I know I'm getting plenty of water but when it comes to eating I'm still about three or four bites in and then I'm done so I'm still staying around the 500 calorie a day range so don't stress over it just talked to your dietitian Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app
