You look amazing. -
Well I’m one year and six months post op and I have gained 8 pounds that I cannot seem to loose again. I feel sad and mad at myself. I started at 231 currently staying at 168... I don’t like myself right now.

I am now one year and 2 months out. Starting at 231 and I am steady at 164. I am happy but still trying to reach goal of 145. Not sure when it will happen but I’m trying 🥰 -

My 9 month journey, still a little ways to go but from 231 to 160🤗 -
Finally ended a month long stall, down 71 pounds since May 16th so I started remembering back when: Here's to the jerk that sat behind me in English class in High School that called me STUFF, here's to the Ex who was abusive and called me FAT, here's to the guy at the amusement park that rolled his eyes because I couldn't fasten the seat harness around myself, and here's to the hiring Manager that asked me if I thought I could dress professionally, I'm that girl, same face, same feelings just a lot less of me, a happier me, happier life and that's what is important to me..you all missed out

Six Months After My VSG
It's about Me replied to It's about Me's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I was told to try and loose as much as I could during the first six months because it would slowdown after that. So far it has proved to be true. I am loosing a pound or two a week now, but some weeks none. -
Six Months After My VSG

Thank you! I was wearing a size 18-20 jeans and XXL tops. I am now wearing a size 8-10 jeans and a Med-Large top. It is so weird looking at myself now and before. -
Six Months After My VSG

Thank you! I really stuck to the diet and 500 calorie limit. After two months I added a few things but still no carbs or sugar even now I try not to go over 1000 a day. I don’t eat beef or pork and haven’t in 20 years or so. I have a treadmill and some hand weights that I use but honestly I’m not good at sticking to it. I just wanted to make this work for me. -
How are the May sleevers doing?
It's about Me replied to QueenEB's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I had my sleeve done on May 16th, 2018 my pre surgery weight was 231, my surgery weight was 205 and my current weight is 162. My surgeon says that 160 is a good weight for me, and my Primary Dr. wants we at 145. I'm in slow motion as of lately, only a pound now and then. But overall quite happy with my choices -
Well I made it through my 60th birthday and a trip to Las Vegas I have lost 68 pounds (42 since my VSG on May 16th) my surgeon says stop at 160 and Kaiser says stop at 145, I think I will stop when I am comfortable with me
