So I started my weight loss journey in December 2017 with a wish to loss weight and make a life change for me. My birthday is September 1st and as a present to myself on my 60th Birthday I will be 4 months post op on September 16th and I’m down 63 pounds. I still am not at goal but I am happy with the results so far.

I am glad I found this blog because I started having this pain in my shoulder then it would move up to my neck. I looked up heart attack symptoms because you know I was self diagnosing (don't do this by the way) and of course those are the symptoms of a heart attack too, I was stressing out and thought I was making it worse. Anyway glad to hear it is NOT that and just something that will go away. -

Hello all, Well today is my three month post op check up with my surgeon. I am down 62 pounds since my journey started in December 2017. My surgery was on May 16th, 2018 so since my surgery date I have lost 36 pounds. I did hit a bit of a stall for a week but I just tried to ignore it and keep on keepin on.
