Great job! I had the same 2 week weight loss stall. Woke up yesterday with a 3 pound loss. Still struggling with daily 80 oz of liquid. I feel great and wish I had the surgery 5 years ago.

St Peter’s is a good hospital. My husband grew up near there. I’ll pray you feel stronger everyday.

So glad things went well. I had surgery on 1/22. They had to repair a hiatal hernia that was undetected on the pre-op endoscopy. Things are going well but having trouble getting down enough protein and water. It seems like so much.

VSG, hiatal hernia repair, liver biopsy 1/22. Finally down to SW today. This is to be expected with fluid retention and post surgery swelling.

I am drinking Premier shakes. Found at Sams and Walmart. 30 grams protein. How are u dealing with the constipation?

I was sleeved on 1/22 as well. I too am looking forward to purée foods. Can’t get in more than 2 shakes a day. Ordered some protein water and unflavoured protein powder to add to other drinks. Hope this helps my protein intake.

Had my sleeve on 1/22 Today is day 4 post op. Feeling better. Struggling to meet protein goal and fluids. Someone mentioned protein water. Where do I get it?
