    resetting my sleeve

    I'm in the process of resetting my sleeve. I have read on how to do this. I'm going to mimic the post op diet. Not sure if i will lose the same amount. Anyone else done this?

    resetting my sleeve

    I’m almost 4 years post op. I have indulged in to much alcohol and put a lot back on. So to reset my sleeve, I’m doing all the post op food stages again. Clear, liquid,purée, soft, normal foods.
  3. I'm starting again for the second time. i had lost 40Kgs put have put most of it back on. Back on shakes. I'm going to do shakes 2 times a day for 3 months. I just brought the nutrition guide to get back on track. Any one else starting again after putting weight back on. I'm not drinking alcohol either until i get back on track

    Second time around

    Hi all, this is my 2nd time here. I had my sleeve i think in august 2014. I have put it all back on due to stress and my daughter developed an eating disorder. I had to eat what she was eating,so she would eat it. Not to mention the amount of alcohol it took to numb me from the pain, watching my daughter slowly disappear in front of me. I remember when i was on here last, seeing people put back on the weight they had lost. I wonder how the hell could that happen. Well i’m now one of those people. Started Weight Watchers, cheaper then going back to a dietitian. My husband is away for a few months so i’m Going to get myself into a routine before he gets back. Can’t wait to get back to a healthy weight.

    Second time around

    I had to eat what is had to eat otherwise she wouldn’t eat it. Everything was very high calories, like potato made with cream. She was like “if your not eating it, then I’m not” i don’t expect you to understand but that was my story. It wasn’t the only reason. The wine after she went to bed didn’t help either. No exercise because i had to watch her. She wasn’t allowed to walk around. Just moving around the house was putting pressure on her heart. The stress of this and moving just was a recipe for me putting weight back on. But I focused on getting back on track. I know i can lose it because i have done it before, i can do again.

    Can't lose regain

    I have regained most of my weight. I also started Weight Watchers. I think a reset of post op routine. Food and walking. Watch out for sugar.
  7. I have just joined WW. I am using the food recipes and the basic idea but with a smaller amount. Just to get back into a routine of healthy food.
