I haven't met one person who regrets their sleeve surgery. I've talked to many lap band people who wish they had the sleeve done instead Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app -

If your looking mostly for cardio, planet fitness is great for the price. If you want to lift weights and cardio retro fitness is $22 a month and you can go to any of their gyms. Planet fitness is $10 but you can only use the location you joined. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app -

I went back to work on the 28th. I do a lot of walking so that helped a lot. It was hard because I had no stamina or energy. I'm finishing up my divorce so I'm broke and need to work. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app -

I weighed 305 @ surgery. I lost 22#s the first. Next appt. Is in the morning.. I'm 6' tall. I actually had a tummy tuck 2 yrs ago to repair my muscles. Weight lifting and a motorcycle accident seperated my stomach muscles vertically 6.5 ". Lots of pain. But I tripped at work after surgery and tore them again. Not as bad but once I quit smoking adding more weight on things got worse and the pain came back. 1 week after sleeve surgery pain is gone and I have core strength again. Hopefully once I lose the guy the muscles may heal without. Needing another surgery. Heading to bed but I'll post after my appointment tomorrow. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app -

I understand completely! Had sleeve on 12/19. I also have a. Diastasis recti ( separated stomach muscles) So that gas they put it really stretched my torn muscles. 3 weeks out stomach still tender but feeling much better.. Keep your head up! Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app -

I was sleeved on the same day. Had the same problem. I solved it by constantly sipping all day. Just little tiny sips but all day. Surgeon told me I was drinking too fast thats why I had chest pain. Since carrying my fluid everywhere and just skipping on it no more issues. Sent from my SM-G930V using BariatricPal mobile app
