I get season passes for our local theme park every year. I am excited about getting them this year since I'm having surgery the 23rd of this month I will be able to ride roller coasters with my tween boys finally. I also want to go to Disneyland too. I'm so sorry to hear about your daughters health issues. I can totally relate. I have not had surgery yet but I was approved last year and scheduled to be sleeved augs 15 2016 and I didn't go thru with it. My daughter started having seizures at 9 months I went through about 6 months of test you to find out that she had a condition call Chiari and what it is is the brain was too big for her skull and it was causing too much pressure or not allowing spinal fluid to flow through properly. She ended up having surgery 4 times from the beginning of August to the end of September finally after a year of being okay I decided to contact the doctor pick up where I left off I was scheduled to have surgery at the end of December but the doctors assistant did not know he would be out of the office so my surgery date was moved to January 2018. But during that time while I was in the hospital with her I gained weight when I went to see my surgery he mentioned that I gained 15 pounds in the last year I was so depressed I had a lot to do with my daughter being sick I turn to food for Comfort it was the wrong thing to do I was so depressed but now that she's better I finally see light at the end of the tunnel to start taking care of my own health thank God. I only tried this because I seen it on Pinterest and it looked good and it really was. Recently my husband tried it with vanilla and said it was great so I guess you can kind of mix up the flavors and get what you want out of it.

So clear liquid diet basically you can have Vitamin Water I found some protein water I posted a picture of am not sure if you can find it it has 15 grams of protein I also drink Premier Protein I drink Powerade Zero I found some soup broth that are 10 mg of protein you do not have to drink 6 ensures a day I'm sure that that will get very old very quick just try to change it up a little try different things see what works for you I'm on day 4 I'm feeling great even though I haven't had food in 4 days I even found sugar-free popsicles there is syrup flavoring that sugar-free that you can get an add two things to change the flavor like if you got plain vanilla Premier Protein or any type of protein you could have different flavoring like caramel or salted caramel or whatever you just got to do what works for you trust me the first few days I was only drinking Premier Protein chocolate flavored and that kind of got old for sure going to pick up some new ones today. Very true everyone is different. Most Drs from my understand want you to do a full 2 weeks to help less any risk. It helps shrinks your liver too so that it's easier to perform your surgical procedure without complications. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet and Premier Protein is great since it has 30g Protein but I'm kind of tired of it. Maybe cause I ran out of all the different flavors I had and I'm only having 1 flavor. My mother in law told me about these protein waters and I wanted to share them with you guys in case Protein Shakes weren't cutting it any more lol.
