You will be fine. Keep your head up and do what they say. I had my surgery 3 weeks ago and have diabetes and high blood pressure. Already of the high blood pressure meds but the diabetes is harder to get rid of. You are not very overweight so you will not lose the weight quickly. Trust me. I lost 20lbs before my surgery and only lost 2.5 lbs in the last 3 weeks. If you have diabetes it will even take longer..... -
GREAT JOB KANDY!! I am currently at 218! I am 3 weeks out from my surgery. Starting a new work out at the gym tomorrow! No tummy exercises for 3 more weeks. Wish me luck!

Thanks for the info! I had high blood pressure and diabetes which was getting really bad. Another friend of mine said don't look at the scale. So I will take both of your advice patience and no scale. Thank you!

I had my surgery two weeks ago and I have lost half a pound. I started out at 245 and was down to 221 before surgery. I am now at 220.5. I have been eating right but not losing much....
