I'm 3 weeks and 3 days post o.p. I've lost 30 lbs thus far and this week NOTHING! I'm glad someone said something... I was about to call my Dr. I'm not getting all my liquids and I don't feel like I'm peeing enough either. So I thought something was wrong. I'm on day 5 and this is the first hard day for me. I want to eat. I have no energy and brain fog. Hopefully it gets better. I have everything I need and a plan but I want to eat junk food. Pizza.
