Down 47 pounds since surgery. Pushing through the plateaus.....trying to be patient. -

I'm 23 days out and I've lost 24 pounds since surgery day. There is a "3 Week Stall" they spoke of at my dr's office and then another drop after that. I'd just encourage you to keep with it. -

Hi there! I'm a newbie. My surgery was December 13th. Just found these forums. -
Feeling great. Have lots of energy. Had a slight muscle tear during surgery, so recovery hasn't been as fast as I'd liked. In Physical Therapy for that. Trying to get approved to return to Pilates classes. LOL
