Has anyone tried the celebrate 3 in 1 powder vitamin? Worried about getting it and it tasting bad. Having bad luck with vitamins

I absolutely HATE my Celebrate chewable vitamins!! They make me so nauseous. Any recommendations on what other brands are out there and actually taste okay? I need multivitamin and calcium citrate recommendations, please.

For me, I took an adult dose of milk of magnesia and had a bowel movement. The pain went away afterwards. Check your heart rate. If it’s above 120, go to the ER. If it’s between 100-120, call your doctor and see what they recommend you do. If it’s below 100, then it’s just the bowel movement and could be your muscles healing.

I had the same issue. Have you had a bowel movement yet?

How does everyone track their water intake? How do you know if you’ve had an ounce or more?

Had my surgery on 1/4... not sure when I’m supposed to start working out? Any tips?

I’m waiting until tomorrow and then I’m going to contact him. I’m hoping I have some sort of BM soon!! The gas has eased down but nothing other than that. Are you sore on certain spots? Also, dumb question. Are you too scared to drink anything? I don’t know how much I’m supposed to drink...

Had mine on 1/4!! First few days was painful from the gas but other than that, I’m doing well. A little sore and swollen on one side but that’s about it. Still no BM tho [emoji30]

I had my VGS done this past week with Dr. Pleatman. He’s so knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. He gives you his personal number and email so you have direct contact with him if you have any questions or problems. His self pay rate is also very reasonable. I especially appreciated how he showed me what results I should be expecting after this operation and in how long, if I stick to protocol. I loveeee Cari, she works in the office and she seriously made the entire process so comforting and answered all of my questions. I completely recommend Dr. Pleatman for weight loss surgery!

Chapstick, extra change of loose clothing, socks, comfortable shoes or slippers, phone charger, and a pillow!!! Also, chewable gas x.

Celebrate has unflavored protein!

I have terrible gas and it won’t come out. It’s just sitting in my stomach causing pain. Any remedies? I just had surgery yesterday
