I have hit a stall for about 6 weeks. Any suggestions for jump starting to start losing again? Thanks in advance

I’m getting my protein and most days my water. I am still losing inches and dropping sizes.

I had RNY bypass 12/08/17. Loved everything about my surgery team and surgeon. On Feb. 23rd I ended up in my local ER in excruciating pain. I was suffering from a large hernia. The local ER tried to blame it on my RNY. I was sent onto Riverside Hospital and was cared for by my original surgeon from Dec. The hernia was due to gallbladder surgery 25+ years ago. My diet has suffered a slight setback from the additional surgery, but I’m finally getting better. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Rana and Riverside Methodist Hospital.

I had RNY on December 8,2017 at Riverside Hospital. I would highly recommend them. Everybody has been great. My surgeon was Dr. Rana.

I’ve taken 1/2 cup halo ice cream 1/3 cup fair life fatfree milk and sugar free Hershey’s syrup. Makes a yummy little shake

I’ve been doing pretty good. I’ve started having some nausea the last few days. It makes it difficult to get all my fluids in everyday. I’m down 33 lbs since surgery.

I'm 4 weeks post surgery. Since starting on the soft foods diet, I'm afraid to eat. I stay well within the diet guidelines but still fear getting sick. Any ideas to help me would be appreciated.
