I started at 291 and now I’m at 214 7 months later I feel good but my stomach just won’t let me be great. Lol I guess I have to hit the gym hard to loss it. -

I order off the kids menu if they have decent options most restaurants do and you are doing great just give yourself time to get over your ear infection. Most times people get weak when sick and fall out of their normal routine just get back to it when you feel better -

I was sleeved 12/29/17 and I’m surely craving sweets too soon I suppose I really need some suggestions. Sorry for your loss but celebrate your accomplishments and know you may slip and fall just don’t stay down. -
Yes I’m 5 weeks sleeved and still sleep only maybe 5 hrs but I feel rested. Also I haven’t went back to work yet
