  1. It's funny; I was really worried the past few days about how easy it's been to reach 1,000 calories, and today I was barely able to reach 850 despite having eaten some good meals and worked out. I just need to be more conscious of what food choices I make. I'm learning more about what makes me feel satiated every day! Definitely tuna and chicken, for sure. Dangerous foods for me include roasted chickpeas, cheese, and nuts... They just don't fill me up much.

      Watch out for the dried berries, the dark choco chips and nuts prolly won't hurt you, but the damned dried fruit is packed with unnecessary sugars. I just don't get why they take something lush and healthy and fork it so badly. :(

      I love Lily's SF Dark Choco Chips and almonds and frozen blueberries or frozen blackberries! YUM!

      Fluff.... NOOOO I love my dried berries :( You're right, though. I always would hate it when I'd pick up dried mango and find it coated in sugar! Like, why? If I wanted sugar, I'd get a dang candy bar!! I got mine at Trader Joe's - I just looked it up and it definitely contains added sugar. Thanks for the warning!!! I need to get a dehydrater and just make my own, to be honest. That would be fun.
