Soooo glad to see this thread!!!! Have had it for 4 years and spotting maybe every other month. Surgery in january and i have had 5 times period real running thing... im not glad haha. -

Hello do you have any good recepie for vegan smoothie high protein. Im in day 7 post up. All is going well but im sick of powder protein. I have milk allergie so i have to make everything myself . Is any one in the same shoes

Cow milk the other milks. I would like to make it myself because there are none ready to go shakes that are milk free. Only poweder do it your self at home. Thats fine but i would like something other than that. I know i can use other kinds of "milk" and i do but i need some bullet proof recepie. -

Im having my sleeve 24. January. I have had 1 month to think and start diet! Went to the doctor 19. december. I wake up thinking i can do this on my own... then by lunch im gonna get sleeved and then hour later im thinking i just go to spinning class hahaha... im doing this!!!!!! Just need to stop wondering about it. -
