  1. Im new to here. I had no idea. Thanks for the heads up. I wonder what the reasoning behind that thinking is.
  2. Gene Pro Protien. You can get it threw amazon. It has been a life saver for me. One scoop of power with 1 oz of liquid equals 30 grams of protien. It is tasteless. It does give a little bit of a thicker texture to your liquid. But it goes very well with a sugar free Kool-aid or G2 drink. You can barely tell and especially being able to get that much protien in such a small amount of liquid is amazing. Well worth it. It comes out to be about $1 a serving.
  3. I have tryed everything and the only one that is tolerable was recommended by my dietitian. It is called GenePro protien powder. I ordered it threw amazon. It has no flavor. If antyhing it will just thicken your liquid some. But i can mix 1 scoop with 1 oz of liquid. Drink that in one shot and have 30 grams of protien. I found the best thing to mix it is a sugar free Kool-aid or G2. Water works to but it gives it a thicker feel going down. Also it works out to be about $1 a serving which is a good deal for 30 grams of protien. Google amazon Gene Pro Protien. It will change your world.

    Dizziness 2 months out

I too am having this same issue. It is mostly when going from laying/sitting to standing. I am 4 months post op. I was told to keep up the fluid intake. But the reason being that my bloodpressure has come down so much since surgery my body is having a hard time adjusting. And with the bp being so low it takes longer for the circulation. Then i get dizzy. So i was told to take it slow when changing positions give myself time to adjust. So i dont have an answer to fix it. But i feel your pain. You are not alone.
