My SD was 12/28/17. I've been doing well. I'm getting in all my liquids and moving around moderately. Today my lower back is killing me, mainly on the left side. Has anyone else experienced this?

I picked up some patches from Bariastic and the sample of Nectar protein. I'm post op 5 days. I was feeling tired so I went ahead and applied a patch. I think this will be ok since I don't have to digest. And so far the protein I have tried were great. -
My date was also Dec 28. I've been doing fine with water. I've added Nectar protein to my water twice a day and it is going well. Room temp seems to work better. I'm having problems with hunger pains.

I've tried the Nectar protein. I got the sample pack and so far they have all been good.
