But I do have to clear it up, I miscalculated, I’m at 32 pounds down in 2 weeks, I started at 390 and am now 358, so that’s 32 not 42.
-
I have no idea but it just keeps going, it started off 4 pounds roughly and now to between 2-3 a day, and I’m eating too, today I had mixed fruit, protein shake, and mixed bean soup so far.
-
Yeah it’s dropping fast, I notice many changes already, I lost 1 inch off my neck, chest, and around my belly button, and 2 inches off my waist already
-
Well I’m 2 weeks out today and 42 pounds down, started eating soft foods yesterday, found a couple things that didn’t sit, ketchup was a little irritating and I went out to eat last night and had broiled haddock, it was going down fine and I made a very bad choice, tarter sauce is the devil!! Lol I was good until the tarter sauce, must have been the oily aspect, it did say to avoid them but I was doing good, it did not stay down and hurt like hell, I guess it’s a learning experience, yet I made deviled eggs with light mayo and it sat well, good luck everyone, I’ll keep posting my progress and blunders Other than the tarter sauce everything is awesome and I’m doing well, definitely happy I made this choice

Losing almost 3 pounds a day seems like, my only thought is if I’m not eating anything, what the heck am I pooping out? Lol
-
Anyone have any other options for getting your protein in? The shakes are yuk now(loved them befor)I also tried scrambled eggs today, went down fine, anyone have any other things they tried early and did good with?
-
My finger nails were kind of blue today, it’s only 20 out, I was a little concerned but after I warmed my hands the color came back, but... I am cold all the time now, and I’m the guy who wears shorts year around, in ny...lol Today I tried cottage cheese... taste amazing, filled me quick, but was very satisfying
-
Isopure-Nope not good, lol I feel like a wimp, so I bucked up and suffered through a Premier Protein, lol It’s kind of weird today though, I am feeling a little hungry, kind of the first time I have, but the Protein helped a lil and broth is soothing, going to work is fine, I had a lot of energy, I notice I have a ton of at this point, so I think everything is going well still... My “holes” are just starting to be a Lil itchy, I hope that’s heeling itch I notice a difference in my face already, I measured my neck, chest, and stomach on my surgery day(1/22/18) when I reach my 2 week i will post my inch losses.

It’s amazing how the surgery changes your taste buds, the sweetness is crazy, I tried a small scoop of scrAmbled eggs and they were sweet, aren’t eggs the opposite of sweet? Lol I am trying the grape isopure this morning, wish me luck!
-
I have been trying the premier protein also, just gives a bad taste for hours later, I discovered if i add ice and let it dilute it’s not as bad, I bought grape isopure today too, I’ll try that tomorrow
-
Oh and btw I loved the shakes before the surgery, just everything tastes too sweet now
-
The last couple days I’ve been having trouble with drinking the protein shakes, everything is super sweet and the shakes are hard to keep drinking, I just went to gnc and got some isopure, I’ll see how that goes, other than that I’m down 25 pounds 6 days out, I feel great, the weather was great today and I went out and cleaned my car out and stuff, no problems, I think I’ll go to work tomorrow, one week out and I feel fine to do so. Finally able to sleep on my side last night too

I’m home now (came home Wednesday at 10:30 am)and feel great, I’ve lost 16 pounds already, I’m sure was getting through the water weight from iv, I have to drink really slow, I can feel it like pressure on my stomach if I swallow to much, but I’m told that will get better with days, I finally pooped today and it was normal, I really don’t feel all the pressure from air everyone talks about, maybe once in a blue moon in my shoulders, I walk and it’s gone, I am up and down a lot to get comfortable and to make sure I keep my legs moving but otherwise this has been a walk in the park. I have only had to use the oxy a couple times the first day home and that was for muscle strains.

I just had my first meal....broth, crystal light, and Jello never tasted so good! Thanks for checking in everyone, (best decision ever)

Now on water trials, going down fine, still not much pain, only some cramps

Surgery went well, not much pain yet I do have a “happy button” The only thing that sucks is when I move the leg with the Foley line taped to it, ouchy, lol Little sleepy for now though I got here at 8 and getting t done at 9, quick and painless, feels like I did too many crunches..

What vitamin do you use? I’m male so I’m not sure which ones to choose for men, if there is a difference I’m not sure, I hear some make you stink or don’t give you enough essentials, which ones do you use that you feel are the best? During one of my meetings I got pamphlets on celebrate, unjury, and fusion, haw are these?

I have my preop on Tuesday and I have gained 5 lbs from the last time I was in, I wanted to get some last minute bad choices in before I get it done and now I’m paying for it, are they going to give me a hard time about it? Anyone else gain just before too? I get it done a week from now, the 22nd of January. I have t been told to go on a liquid diet yet though, will they most likely put me on one for the last week?

The appointment went well, I thought my weight was high but it turns out it was the same, my surgery is still on for Monday the 22 of January and I have no preop clear liquid diet, no cleanse, and no dietary restrictions until then. All I have to do is wash with special soap for 3 days before, no food or Water after midnight on Sunday, and no Vitamins or meds the day before, sweet, thank you everyone for your kindness and wisdom.
