  1. It's taken two miserable days of Miralax, stool softeners, and reverting back to a liquid diet, but I am about 95% sure I've managed to stop a would-be bowel obstruction in its tracks.

      I’m six months post op . I have to take a Senna every other day ... it’s the only thing to keep me on track . It’s one of the issues I’ve had and it is so discomforting. I hope you feel better soon !

      I may have to start doing that with a stool softener, but I'm going to try adding Benefiber into my diet first. I haven't been getting enough fiber lately with prioritizing protein/liquids over fruits and veggies.
