Hi, I'm with Kaiser in SoCal and went through the 12 weeks of the Options program. I finished the program and all needed tests. I have a surgery date set for February 12 so trying to patiently wait until then. Good luck on your journey! -

My surgery date is February 12th. I see my surgeon on Feb 1 and he should tell me when I'll be starting my pre-op diet. Last time I met with him he told me I was fine as far as weight loss. -
