Yeah yeah,I'm awake. Time to turn over and take my Dexilant. If I don't My upper right tummy will spass and gripe all day. Gastroenterologist says it's gastritis, surgery that blocks off the acid producing portion of my stomach should only help. I slready have a small ulcer, probably too many NSAIDS. Got a few, musical selections for your enjoyment. He's All Yours:-* prefer the Sherrie Austin version over Brooke Eden You Ain't Right-Joey and Rory Karma is a Female dog-Bomshel Done- The Band Perry Those are some of my bravery songs. Oh and there's always Toby Keith-All About Me. Don't know what today's gonna hold, hoping for summthin' good, ya know. Tomkitten wants salmon patties, boy do love that stuff. Maybe I'll bake some increased talipa and still around with a self-righteous look on my face. Not gonna break out my liquid protein until I have something to celebrate. My surgeon doesn't even require it but if I can drop a pound or 2 pre surg good for me. My blender died so I'll need to invest in a new one to blend things. Trying to economize, don't know if I can organize free Columbus trips for the testing. Already got transport lined up for the 15th, God I hope I don't have to cancel![emoji307] ya Chickie, you're helping keep me sane in a pocket of insanity. kakatlady612 replied to chamomilelavender's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
Not too bad for someone who is going to have a Rny either February 15tth or early next month depending whether the scheduling office or the surgeon's office are correct. Been getting conflicting messages, hopefully it will, all get straightened out Tuesday mornings . As the old saying goes I don't know whether to fish or cut bait. I need to either start a liquid diet or lay in supplies for later. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -

Hi Buffalo Biil, I loved your Wild West show. Love that you're a gym maniac, you could branch out to mechanical bull riding next. Remember when you despair of weight loss, muscle weighs more than globby fat. I'm sure you're still firming up and losing inches. Well on your way to stud muffinhood. Keep up the good work. Post-op Gallbladder’s and pancreatitis
kakatlady612 replied to Rose400491's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have had pancreatitis myself, not a fun disease. I had my gallbladder removed in 1983, in the bad old days it was An open procedure. General surgeon walks in my room, announces We'll have to remove your gallbladder-haha,its been gone for 30+ years, then asks how long I've abused alcohol. Wrong Bozo, I don't drink. He further says But that's what usually causes it. Can you tell at at that point he is not,my favorite person? I had been laying there in a state of peace when he barreled in. Well Sherlock, I told him, you'd better, put, on your thinking cap cause you just struck out. They never did find out what caused my case so it went into the records as idiopathic, a fancy doctor word for Duhh I don't know what caused it either. You can get gallstones in your pancreatic duct as well as the biliary one.The two duct systems kinda go together and empty, their, products into the small intestine. My surgeon in 1983 said he put gallstones on a charm bracelet for his wife. Don't know how long they lasted before they disintergrated. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -
Is your bm floating or leaves a greasy film on the bowl water?. The latter is a pretty sure indication your pancreas is involved,in the equation. Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app
