Hi! I need to take 1500 mg of calcium citrate containing vitamin D with 400 I.U. Any recommendations? The only one I can find needs to be taken 4 times daily which I would prefer not to do. I found one taken 3 times daily, but now can’t find it. Thank you!

Hi! I’ve really been struggling with overeating. I usually feel fine while eating. It’s pretty easy for me to eat compared to what I’ve heard from others. The problem is I often have chest pain or an uncomfortable feeling of being full after I eat. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I also would appreciate any ideas on how to eat slower. I know when I’m eating too fast because my body tells me, but I just can’t come up with good ways to eat slower. I eat fast without thinking. Thanks in advance!

For those who self-paid how much was your surgery?

Thank you very much! I am and I hope you find somewhere to have yours! -
What vitamins do you take? I had the sleeve 2 weeks ago and I got vitamins in powder form to put in water. I don’t like them and need recommendations.

Also during purée what are some good foods? Are baked beans okay? Read that somewhere.

Hi! I saw Dr. Mark Pleatman in Bloomfield, Michigan. It was $11,200. That includes everything including 2 years follow up and a night in the hospital. Look him up! He has a website! I had mine 3 weeks ago and he’s great! -
Hi! I have a few questions. The first is about how much is typically supposed to be eaten in the purée stage? I feel as if I’m eating too much, but I have felt uncomfortably full which has helped made me realize when to stop. Also I’m having trouble eating slowly. My nutritionist said 2 tablespoons in 10-15 minutes which seems so slow. Is that the same for everyone else? I’m thinking this might be for the next stage. I’m also wondering about water. I’ve accidentally chugged a few times without thinking, but I had no pain and wasn’t uncomfortable. Why aren’t we supposed to do this? Thank you in advance!

On The Fence of Joining a Gym

Hi! I’m a member of planet fitness and I love it. They call it the judgement free zone and I’ve actually felt like this is true. It’s only $10 a month if you do the basic membership or at least it is where I live. I think there might be a start up fee, but I’m not positive since I’ve been a member for so long. They have personal trainers that are free with the membership, but it’s not always one on one. A few months ago I met with a trainer and she put together a work out plan for me, but that was it. There was one other person in the meeting. I didn’t follow the plan, but I’m hoping to meet with a trainer again to get a new plan. They don’t continuously meet with you as far as I know, but you can sign up for as many classes as you want. I hope this helps! -
After surgery how long were you on a full liquid diet?
