Beef makes me sick, eggs also make me sick fruits are not agreeing with me yet. A little tiny pork and turkey are ok but my stomach still isn't sure. Fish has not been a favorite of mine ever and I'm lactose intolerant to dairy. -
Starting weight was 265. Surgery weight was 224. 6 months later I'm 162. I can only tolerate chicken and certain soups. What else can I try?
