    2nd Day Post-Op

Hope you recover quickly. I got sleeved tjis Monday and when I got home, it was horrible. I couldn't keep nothing down. Srill no bowel movement but I don't feel bloated. I have to say today i feel a whole lot better than I did one the 2nd and 3rd day. PS i took a sip of mint tea. It helped settle my tummy. Keep us posted and feel better soon. 5. I deactivated my facebook for a bit but I do have an IG account for WLS account only if you or anyone else is interested. You can find me at just2bhappy166 On another note, you mentioned pizza. Well, let me share with you how I took my son with me to the mall and he wanted pizza. I sat across from him with nothing while he was eating his pizza and a garlic breadstick. It smelled soooooooooooo good lol. By the way, yesterday night I caved in from my preop diet and have a hamburger. No bun, no condiments but it was still out of the "what you can eat list." i decided to start fresh again and not beat myself up over it. Oh and I ate 3 triscuit crackers too. I was craving the crunch and the salt. However, compared to what I would normally eat, that wasn't bad. Today is Day 7 and I am focused.

    Any MAY sleevers???

Glad you like the taste. We need some kind of taste so we can at least enjoy the little bit we can eat :-)

  11. Thank you my dear. You are doing pretty amazing yourself. I remember when you first posted, you were struggling. Look at you now. I am so proud of you. OMG you said day 6 and here I am thinking it was day 5. Girl, we got this!!!! [emoji8] Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  12. It definitely is not as painful to walk and I do feel more energetic. The only thing is I still do much outside the house besides work and my mani/pedi because I am still adjusting mentally. Besides this app and IG for WLS only, I deactivated all social media. I'm working really hard to focus on me and go at my pace. This is a huge change for me and need to stay focused. 13. Glad you are getting better at it. For me, this preop diet just validates that I ate for comfort not hunger. I actually feel more tempted now than the first few days but I'm not hungry. It's more out of habit. The great news is I am down 10 lbs. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Any MAY sleevers???

Glad you are feeling better. May I ask what kind of things your hubby helps you with? When I come home, my husband goes back to work. Should I be concerned of being alone? Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
