Hi everyone! I am new to the app and wanted to introduce myself. I am pre op for the sleeve. I am hoping to have the surgery in May so I will have the summer to recover and get used to the new lifestyle. I have already accomplished a few goals in preparation for the surgery. I quit smoking (2 and a half packs daily!) seven months ago. I also quit drinking soda in October. I am hoping for ultimate success and would appreciate any encouragement or advice. Height: 5’6 Age: 30 CW: 285 GW: 155 BMI: 46

It’s going well. I have almost completed all the insurance requirements. I quit smoking seven months ago, and quit sodas in October. I’m starting healthy Neal planning tomorrow so I can get used to it. How about you?

I’m still waiting on insurance approval. But I am hoping for sometime in May. I am super excited and nervous. I am trying to be as prepared as possible.
