I’m almost 8 weeks out and have been going to the gym every other day for about 4 weeks. If you were cleared, with no restrictions, then my thought is just listen to your body - if it’s uncomfortable or any pain, stop it for awhile. I have had good days and some not as good... those days I take it light. I think skiing can be intense but it doesn’t have to be.. so take it easy until you know how it feels?
