    I was nervous also, but had a great doctor. In the end it has been one of the best choices I have made. I would focus on the other side of the surgery and how great it will be after. It is life changing in a great way. I wish you nothing. but the best. Good Luck and Well wishes.

    I do not usually post. I wanted to see how others deal with stress eating post surgery. I am watching my calories and not eating junk food, but it is a struggle when under stress. How do you handle the temptations when under stress?
