I had VSG on Dec 26 2017. I was 275 pounds that day. Yesterday I completed my first ever Sprint Triathlon weighing in at symbolic 200. I find it hard to believe 😆 I finished the 550 yards swim, 13 miles bike and 5k run in 1:27:00. That placed me 33 out of 55 in my age group.

Thank you. I will have to improve my swimming before the next race. Who knew it was so much technique involved? I thought I could swim, but after looking at those who really knows it it’s clear I got a looong way to go. -
That did not sound like fun... What are important things to think about in relation to taking care of the gallbladder?

Had my first visit with the surgeon on December 14th. Had endoscopy on Dec 22 and Sleeve on Dec 26. Returned to (office) work on Dec 28. Flew to Europe for 10 weeks on January 8th. I am now back in Houston and finding that most of my clothes are way to big. Love it!! -
For all of us with white tongues...

I thought that a white tongue was a sign of dehydration... I guess other things could cause it to, since your doctor didn’t mention it. -
Hello fellow sleevers. I just came home after yesterday’s surgery. Feeling good and looking forward to the changes that will be coming. I am a 43 year old Norwegian that’s been living in Texas for the last 5 years.
