    My only regret is not doing it sooner ! I will not lie , some days are hard . Only because it is a change in my life style and I have to adapt . I am 4 months out and 72 pounds lighter 😁

    We have went out a couple of times , and I also have a couple bites off my husband plate . My group of friends always have the best snacks at our get together so it’s easier to stay home
