Doing ok. It’s just a struggle trying to get in the protein and water. I literally have 2 spoons of liquid, soup, or shake and I am full. I’m sure I’m not getting in what I am suppose to. Is there another way to get my protein in? I hate the taste of the protein powder and I have tried them all. I hate the proteinex shot but I’m beginning to feel like that is the only other option. Please help.
