I am 4 weeks post op as of today and my weight lost is slow. I appreciate the post, I need encouragement too. I started slow on my treadmill for 30 minutes, I am hoping this helps.

What diet are you on liquid or soft? On the liquid I ate creamed soups and soft I ate minced meat and refried beans. -

This is interesting, I had a revision from lap band to RNY on December 6, 2017 and I am waking up the same way. I hadn’t thought nothing about it. [emoji102]
