So I had my surgery 12/14/17, I started out at 356, before surgery I was down to 341 and currently at 301. I have seen others on here who have loss 50+ lbs and are down lots of clothes sizes, I have gone from 26 to 24 which is only in some pants, although shirt sizes I can wear some 3x-2x. Which is way better than 4x. I know my main problem isn't eating but exercising. But by the time I get off work, I am exhausted, and have no energy. Any advice is welcome.

I had my surgery 12/14/17 and my non scale victory is: I'm down a shirt size, I can now shave my legs, I can but my arms around my back and touch my fingers, my face in thinner and I am starting to have a lap. A little disappointed that I haven't lost size in my pants. 🤔 SW: 356 BS: 341 Last Dr appointment 12/27/17: 321

Going back to work and eating schedule for pureed food.

So Tuesday I go back to work since surgery 12/14. I am looking at the suggested eating pureed foods. I am a Parent Educator and drive to families homes all day. And now I am struggling with an example, the eggs I fix and wait 30 minutes before eating the second portion but they are cold. I can reheat at home but work, will be harder to reheat the foods, any ideas and food to suggest -

My mom paid for mine as well, I had to sign a contract with her, that if this fails, I have to pay it all back as well. But I feel the same way. Sleeved 12/14/17. I lost 15 lbs before surgery. But have only lost 18 lbs so far, I feel like I am failing as well. I have been walking on treadmill but only doing 75 kilometers. So I have picked it up and last night walked for 15 min and 230 kilometers. -
On the Struggle Bus

I felt the same way at Christmas, all my favorite foods were out and I couldn't touch it. Watching everyone else eat was hard. But I ate Jello and just talked and spent time with my family. They are all very supportive. It was also first time weighing since surgery 12/14/17 and I have lost total 28lbs including the 15 before, so was excited. That helped a lot. When planning your food, add something you can have. -

Me too, I haven't even slept in my bed yet, I sleep on my couch propped up.

I had my surgery last Thursday, everything has been going really smooth, I feel like I am ready to eat foods but sticking with liquid diet. Wednesday around 6pm, I nibbled at a tiny pecan, I spit it all out and washed out my mouth. Now I can't sleep, I feel like my stomach is tight and it keeps rumbling, did I just mess my stomach up?
