I'm 30 days post op and the head hunger has been steadily declining. Instead of obsessing about big unhealthy meals every other minute, it happens only once or twice a day now and I can get over it pretty quickly. Honestly, the worst of it was when I was on the liquid diet. Once you're on real food, your mind will look forward to what you CAN actually have because you're just so darn grateful for that real food again. Prepare it well so that its really satisfying. And eat it slowly. You'll get through it!
