Im 3 1/2 weeks out and i feel like im always hungry too. After i eat, im hungry about an hour later. I force myself to wait 2-3 hours before eating again.

I was sleeved 3 weeks ago and i can drink a lot too! I can drink a gallon of water in a day. I can also kinda eat a lot too.

I feel the same as you. I was sleeved 3 weeks ago (12/11/17) and i feel like i can eat and drink a lot. I kinda wish that my surgeon made my stomach smaller. And after i eat, im hungry again like 30 mins later.

You're so right. I am not giving myself enough credit for all the good things i have done for my body. And ya it was just xmas and the end if the year that got me to sin a little. Overall, I haven't really been that bad, just the burrito and some alcohol was sending me on a guilt trip. Surgery and recovery are not that bad. I was surprised by how good i left the next day and so on. I got sleeved two weeks ago (12/11/17) and i was able to eat a lot of things yesterday on xmas.

Some celebrity trainers say that gluten causes weight gain. I personally would like to try to be gluten free as much as possible.
