Yay another Dec 20th! How are you feeling? I’m doing ok getting a little [emoji51] nervous -
I am on day 9 too .. I went to my pre op appt and my dietician said I didn’t need to do a pre-op diet until 2 days before [emoji23] I read paper wrong but I am glad I did it.. it’s really helping me get in mindset before surgery for what it will be like after and I lost 9lbs since I saw them last.. so I am okay with how I did it
