Hi ML 2001, I was sleeved on 11/7 as well! As of last Wednesday, I have lost 36 pounds. I'm happy with it but know that some others have lost way more. Like you, I cannot work out because of a knee injury but am hoping to get to the gym very soon. Doc keeps telling me to swim...good luck finding a (clean) pool in Philadelphia!! Even though my knee is bad, I am walking a lot more than I used to. I use a fitbit and it helps me track my steps and activity. I stay away from most carbs and sugar. I am having a hard time getting in all of my water, so I try to concentrate on that rather than the food, it's a balancing act right now. I wish you luck!
