so EXCITED! Finally I will have my surgery on 10/12/2018.... now the thing is: AM SO NERVOUS!!!!
-
Congrats on getting a date! I'm wondering if you are nervous about anything specific. I know a lot of people haven't had other surgeries and are nervous about going under and so on; please don't let that concern you. You go to sleep; you wake up when it's done. I had almost no post-op pain, though some people do have discomfort for a few days or so afterwards.
The first month or so after surgery wasn't a lot of fun, but it's not a long time, overall, and I'm quite happy with the weight loss so far. At just over three months post-op, I can eat just about anything--just smaller amounts. And it's not always easy making , the right choices, but I try to focus on the protein, protein, protein.
Good luck and ask any questions you might have . . .

hey thank you!!!
well am excited because I have YEARS trying to get the surgery, and am tired to be so heavy, always tired, sleepy, an I have 2 kids... they always want to run and do some activities, but because of my weight I can do it. so I really really want to have the surgery as soon as possible.
and i am Nervous, because some people told me things about the surgery (negative) o some negative thins about me... like: you can eat the things you love. or make sure you are not wasting your time, and things like that.
I am engage, but I can't decide the date for the wedding because I feel I can't wear the dress for my special day...
But, God knows that I am trying my best!!!
