    Hi Xiolia, You can try doing some liquid fasts 3 days a week, it will help you reset. I'm in a monthly support group - face to face we talk, share stories. It helps me with accountability - I don't feel judged just supported. I have had to really work on my emotional eating - it's tough but necessary. I also joined a gym and I go 3 days a week for an hour. I got a FitBit and I work on my steps. Last week I had a knee replacement so I am very aware of what that means in terms of gaining weight again. Be kind and loving to yourself.

    I was sleeved 10/30/17 and I’ve lost 136 pounds. This week I had a full knee replacement and I’m really happy to get to this point. I’m 60lbs from my goal weight. With my new knee I’ll be able to workout more. But life is better, and I’m glad I had the weight loss surgery.

    The times when you stall are really hard. I joined Planet Fitness a month ago and I'm going 3 days a week and I already have dropped 10lbs. Hang in there!

    It’s been a tough couple of weeks.. my surgery was 10/30/17. I’ve lost 90 lbs so far but I’ve been stalled for 12 days. I still struggle to get in enough water every day. I’m trying not to freak out. I workout 4-5 days a week. Walking and weightlifting. I’m eating 800-1,000 calories a day about 70 grams of protein. Advice appreciated my goal is drop another 70 lbs by my surgery anniversary.

    Feeling Emotional

    My sleeve was in late October. I had a huge melt down a month after and think it was mostly dealing with all the changes. Give yourself time, it’s so much. The surgery was an act of self love, focus on that every day. Listen to your body, rest and heal. It definitely will get better!

    Hang in there! I’ve been keeping my activity level as high as possible. I lost 23lbs in November. My sleeve was 10/30 and I’m down 45lbs since the surgery. I lost 30lbs pre-op. Are you getting enough protein? I’m getting 65-75 grams a day.

    Happy New Year! It was a different Holiday but I’m Okay with the changes. No booze, no chips and dip and football snacks. I’m glad to start the 2018 with the surgery behind me. My surgery was 10/30 HW: 361 SW: 331 CW: 289 GW: 180

    Time off of work

    I wish I had taken 2 weeks off. The stage of only liquids was low energy for me. I was off for a week and not ready at one week to go back.
  9. The pillow for the car ride home is key! I had a sleeve on 10/30/17 my insurance let me stay 2 days and was amazing. It allowed me an extra day of IV fluids. The key is fluids!! You can do it!

    Good luck - I’m doing 10,000 steps a day, next week adding weight training (which I love). Post surgery I am down 36 lbs as of today. I lost 30 lbs before the surgery. I’m looking forward to being down 100lbs that will be the first thing I’m really, really happy about. My Dietian gave me a sample of a drink called Unjury the other day - it was awesome! It’s not on amazon but you can get it on the website. It was light with no yucky back taste.

    I get it from drinks, non fat milk, protein powder, and my new protein chips (Quest) and boiled fish has been really great. I deep sea fish so I have lots of rock fish in the freezer. But water is a struggle.

    We were sleeved the same day - I had a stall for a couple of days transitioning to the soft diet. Don’t get down. As of today I’ve lost 33 post surgery. I lost 30 before it. I’ve been focusing on water - I cannot get as much down as you - that’s a great number! I am getting in 70-80 grams of protein a day. Hang in there!
