Thank you everybody. I got the message. I hope the sleeve least let me know that I am full . I do need to remove the band after 8 years because it is complicating my esophagus , so I thought I should get something to help me with controlling my hungry. -
I have lower BMI but I was band in 2009 and now needs to remove and I like to have sleeve because I can’t have any tool to help me or I go so crazy with food. Please someone give me some advise?

My band will be removed in 13 days and I will have a sleeve. So scared can someone tell me if you had that done please?
