Today January 22, 2018 First time in 16 years being under 300 pounds; Memory! The nurse tried to get the scale number of 299 with my face in it. She did a dern good job! lol Not my most flattering angle. My arm looks about 50 pounds, when it's only about 30 LOL but I was trying to lean back so the weight could be seen.. Oh well Thanks, you guys, or should I say, VSG Family ? :*

Ohh girl. Def a 3, maybe a 2.. I was in soo much pain. I coudln't believe how much pain. I'd underestimated how painful it would be. Infact I did a video about it Lol

I am only (almost) 6 weeks out and I think I am able to eat too much actually Breakfast 8 oz protein shake Cheese stick for snack (80 calories, 10 grams or protein or something like that) Lunch 5 ounces of chicken (delish, and btw, thank God we're able to have seasonings) 3 ounches of beans.. 1 trianble of laughing cow cheese.. and I've nibbled on this from like 11 am today untilnow 232 Tonight for dinner, I'll probably eat one of those "Creamy creation" tuna packets. Those suckers are loaded with protein. The scale isn't moving though and I'm pretty depressed. It's been still for about 3 weeks, no joke I work out and swim atleast 5 days a week. I am beginning to think I will be that slim percentage this surgery won't work for Waa My name is Joanna. Nice to meet you

My gosh! Bless your heart I am so sorry you've went through all that and still are! Your faith in our Lord is amazing. I can't say I would have been so ... I don't know the word. I don't know how I would have gotten through what you have. That is horrible. Was it malpractice or a mistake on the part of your surgeon? Inbox me if it was. I am fighting for my late husband now on malpractice via lawsuit I pray that you're well and can get to the place where you don't regret this decision. Today makes 4 weeks since my VSG surgery The "average" is 15-25 in weight loss. I've lost 16 pounds as of today, but most of that weight was in the first two weeks. A stall for the most part this past two weeks. Depressing. But what can I do? I've already had the surgery, I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do. And I am working out. Total weight loss Preop diet = 23 pounds Weight loss since surgery=16 pounds Total weight loss 39 pounds (Since Nov 27) (Kelle did the best she could with getting full length pics of me today. But the sun was her competition ) The bright side. If I didn't lose another single pound, I still lost 39 pounds I probably wouldnt have without this surgery. I am thankful for that
