    Thanks! Good luck to you too. I am on day 6 of 14. I did have a little ham but that’s been it. This is more difficult than I imagined. I am happy to say though that I have only cheated the one time in 6 days and today I don’t even feel the need to eat. We’ve got this!!!!!

    Hi. I’m new here. My surgery is scheduled for 12/4. I’m currently on my 2 week pre op diet. Yesterday was really difficult but I made it through it. I did nibble on a small piece of ham though. Today I’m back on track with my 3 shakes per day. Are there any others having surgery on 12/4?
