Hi, I'm post-op gastric bypass 3 weeks. For me I felt good almost immediately, got up and walked as soon as it was allowed. Went home the next day. However, the second day home, because I felt so good I decided to walk. I then took on the task of sorting through boxes of papers. The following day, ugh not good, of course I had overdone it.
